ANDRÉ AI is a creative AI platform that generates visuals, manages marketing content, and sends cold email campaigns on behalf of users.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Whop. You can cancel at any time by emailing creative@blvck-studio.ae. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Credits reset monthly and do not carry over.
When you connect your Gmail account, you authorize ANDRÉ AI to send emails on your behalf. You are responsible for the content and recipients of emails sent through your account. ANDRÉ AI does not read, store, or share the content of your inbox.
You agree not to use ANDRÉ AI to send spam, generate illegal content, infringe third-party intellectual property, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Content you generate using ANDRÉ AI belongs to you. The ANDRÉ AI platform, brand, and technology belong to Blvck Studio FZE.
ANDRÉ AI is provided as is. Blvck Studio FZE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ajman, UAE.
