When you create an account: name, email address, and authentication provider (Google, Apple, Microsoft, Facebook). When you use the platform: generated content, uploaded images, brand presets, CRM contacts, and cold email campaigns you create. When you connect Gmail: we store an OAuth access token to send emails on your behalf. We never store your Gmail password.
To operate the platform and deliver the service. To send emails on your behalf when you activate a cold email campaign. To improve platform performance using anonymized usage data. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored on Base44 infrastructure. Generated visuals and uploaded files are stored in secure cloud storage. OAuth tokens for Gmail are stored securely and used exclusively to send emails you have scheduled.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing creative@blvck-studio.ae. You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time from the Gmail Accounts section. You can cancel your account at any time.
